Why are we talking about building more facilities at Fairlop when the council is not committed or able to operate its exisitng Water Activite Centre, a centre that is used primarily by youth groups.
Why does the Outdoor Activity centre, which provides coached canoing, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing and even dragon boating on the council budget to be cut in 2021-22 ?
Why are there boats filling with water on the lake during locakdown. Can the council and its leisure arm, VisionRCL not be trusted to look after its exsiting assets ?
