Despite apparent assurances from Cllr Leader Athwal, VisionRCL, Redbridge’s Leisure provider is continuing in the process of removing all staff from the FOAC centre. The council has stated that no group activites will be operated this year and that that only some casual hire rentals may run from the other end of the lake. many youth groups are already struggling without access ot the external actiites that they rely on. Without the trained staff to run this site it cannot open when the government allows outdoor youth actiivities to resume.
