This picture of kata-canoes under water shows that the VisionRCL management and council has not been protecting the equipment, which is one of the primary assets of the site, during lockdown. Boats like this can be refloated but it takes time. Would VisionRCL rather furlough and then layoff all of its staff than manage its valuable assets and provide its core service to the youth of the borough and the general public ?
